Catching up on the blog

I am supposed to be "sleeping" right now while my family is at church since I worked all night.  However, my house is so quiet and I am enjoying it.  I am finally getting a chance to print off some of my favorite recipes and put them in a three ring binder I picked up at Wal-mart yesterday.  When did that become my idea of fun? Lame.
Anyways, I thought I would post some pictures and make up for my last blog post.  It is hard to believe that Madalyn is already 13 months old, Ivy is 4 and Jesi is 2! I feel like most days fly by but at the same time a 30 minute period can sometimes feel like four hours.  Danny was hired on by the city to work through November.  It has been challenging with him gone five days a week and getting home late in the evenings after soccer practice.  I am thankful that he has a job and I am thankful that  my work schedule has changed so that I get to be home everyday of the week except for Saturdays (usually).  I feel like something is always changing and then we are adapting the best we know how.

Love these little baby girls!

No words for this little one.  Lets just say she marches to her own drum and that is why we love her so much.

Ivy's fourth birthday party with her cousins in Bend

This is where I stick Jesi when I am cooking in kitchen and need her out of my way. She would sit in there all day if  I let her.

Isn't this picture really creepy (with the doll's eyes). That is the only reason I included it in my blog.

We went to the beach for the day to celebrate Mady's birthday.  We figured our family and friends were burned out on little kid birthday parties (and so were we).  It was a great day.

Ivy's self portrait of me.  So funny!!

Oh no! I am still awake.  Time to get a quick power nap in.

Oh, I just can't stand how special that little Jesi is. There is just something about her.
